  • PRE-EVENT CONSULTING – After conducting literally hundreds of auctions, we are able to help you with all aspects of planning for your Big Night.

PRE-EVENT ASSISTANCE

  • Engaging your Board of Directors, making them Auction Ambassadors for your event.
  • Item Acquisition guidance, the goal is to get what your audience wants not just what you can get.
  • Room Layout, making sure that the silent auction area is attractive and easy to find and navigate.
  • Sound and Lighting strategies, making sure the auctioneer can see the bidders and that they can hear the auctioneer.
  • Train your volunteers to make sure that the spotters, runners, and recorders are clear on what’s expected of them.
  • Show Flow/Timeline for the event, making sure there is sufficient time for all that needs to be accomplished; and complete all fundraising before anyone has the chance to leave!
